Who can use the service?

If you are already an active applicant on our Housing Register you need take no further action. Otherwise you need to complete an application form.  If you have applied to our Housing Register your application will not be made active until all the information we require has been provided.

If we decide you can’t come onto our Housing Register we will write to you and tell you why.

Who cannot use the service?

You can't use CBL if you have:

• not completed an application form to join our Housing Register
• completed an application form but it has not been processed
• joined our Housing Register but your application has been suspended.

You may not be able to use CBL if you:

• are subject to immigration control
• have been guilty of unacceptable behaviour which makes you an unsuitable tenant.
