Nominations to Housing Associations Under Choice Based Lettings

Under choice based lettings all allocations of social housing are made according to the Lettings Agreement between the Council and its partner Housing associations. The majority of properties are available to bidders, but a small proportion are allocated by direct match, as per the Lettings Agreement.
