If you are already a tenant of the Vale Housing Association

 

We do not prevent tenants of the Vale Housing Association (VHA) from applying to and joining the housing register, and bidding for properties.

Under the rules an existing VHA tenant will not be nomianted for any of their properties under this scheme. Only properties owned by other Housing Associations would be available.
